EJ and Courtney’s wedding at the historic St. James Hotel in Red Wing, MN


A small, intimate, and full of quiet joy. Close friends and family gathered in a cozy room awaiting the beautiful couple; their vows were honest and heartfelt. Though it was freezing, EJ and Courtney embraced the cold—out on the street we attempted bold, candid shots; fingers and faces blistered in the chill and many images didn’t turn out, but the laughter and energy made it worth it. Back inside we did some lovely fireplace photos in the library, leaving the couple and their nearest and dearest with memories that were real, tender, and entirely theirs.
